Why travel:

We love travelling, full stop. There is just no other way to say it. Travel has always been a part of our lives. Travel is a passion and a need we cannot explain, a yearning that cannot be satisfied. On every trip we cannot help but already dream of our next adventure or destination

For me, travel started at a very young age, as my parents love exploring new places. It is through the lenses of these travels, that I saw the value that travel adds to your life. Not just through memories, but by exposing you to different cultures, customs and food, helping you understand the vastness of this world, but also making you feel at home with strangers while enjoying a communal or local meal. The value of travel, its lessons and experiences cannot be expressed in words, pictures or even film. That is why we long to share places of value and worth with our followers, encouraging them to visit and experience these glimpses of our captured moments, for themselves.

 In short: We want people to see what we get to see, and experience it for themselves, getting them excited for the possibilities of visiting places they did not think possible, by presenting realistic and enticing travel possibilities.

What we are about:

We have travelled to over 60 countries so far. During our travels we have travelled with full tour operated companies, more flexible travel companies and done self-guided travels as well. We have been on more than 20 cruises (cruise ships). We have used all modes of transport available to travel around our destinations.  We have done 5 star luxury experiences to camping under the stars in our own tents. Not to be confused with 5 star “Glamping” that we have done as well. This includes many food experiences as we are total foodies. Thus we are in a very good position to give our opinion and guidance to fellow travellers.

​We are always on the lookout for trips that are value for money for everyday travellers. We try to give travel tips that made our travels easier. Coming from a country that basically requires a visa for every single country we want to visit, we know the pain of applying for visas and travelling long distances just to get to your destination.

Unlike other travel vlogs, our focus is on real travel moments, unfiltered and raw. We like to share what destinations and travel really look like as appose to the colour graded, highly edited, glammed up and rather fake images that in so many cases can leave you disappointed when you get there. We do not make ourselves the subject of the video but rather the destination or location.  

 

What makes us different:

After posting some of our travel content on various platforms, people seem to respond and associate with the style and approach we used. This lead to the birth of “what real travel looks like”. Marketing with a different angle.

 As any good marketer will tell you its not always about photography or videography it is about emotion and storytelling. It’s about the intention and the honest reflection of something that draw people and not always the most edited or most staged photos. Honest tips and experiences people can relate to, sell much better.

We enable travel related industries to reach a relevant audience of travellers in a way that’s easy and target specific - BUT we also aim to showcase travel in a unique and honest way. Taking the audience on relatable journey to show what real travel looks like. We will portray your establishment in the best light, while always staying true to keep travel stories real, honest and relevant.
